Charles “Chuck” Dalton is Kaplan Consulting’s Lead Consultant, Production & Operations. He brings nearly three decades of experience building and leading an operating company. As President of a countertop and cabinetry business serving home builders, multifamily projects, contractors, and residential customers, he was responsible for everything from sales and estimating to production, installation, financial performance, and team leadership. He knows what it takes to make those parts of a business work together under real operating pressure. Chuck specializes in finding where processes break down and building systems that help teams work more effectively. He has led improvements across CRM, scheduling, production, reporting, and field operations, pairing technology with clearer workflows and team training. In one major transformation, his work helped reduce operational errors, increase capacity, and improve bid-to-sale performance by 18% in the first year. At Kaplan Consulting, Chuck works with clients to uncover the root causes of operational challenges and put practical solutions into place.
